Razer Inc. will use its best effort to provide responsive customer and technical support. For end-user customers, Razer Inc.'s customer support representatives will endeavor to rectify, via telephone and/or email, any problem involving a Razer Inc. product. Razer Inc. will provide telephone and email service to customers in the United States of America and email service to worldwide customers in accordance with terms and conditions established by Razer Inc. and/or a third-party service provider.
