Finns det något sätt att använda både CSS och XSL i en XML-fil??? ?!?

No, CSS can be used with HTML and also with XML, provided that the XML document has a reasonably linear structure that can be displayed without extensive manipulation. See the CSS2 Recommendation for details.

Jag menar om man kan använda css och xsl applikationerna på samma gång i en xml-fil. Jag har testat att länka med både css och xsl i en xml
men det funkar ine. Bara en applikation åt gången funkar.
