This problem was caused by HP Memories Disc Creator, which was created by HP Memories Disc AFS driver.

Solution

To solve this problem, go online to the Windows Update website and install all high-priority updates:

Click to go to the Windows Update website:

Windows Update

Click Express to scan for high-priority updates.
3.

If any updates are found, click Install Updates.

Note
If you have turned on Automatic Updates, you might not see any high-priority updates listed. If this is the case, the updates have already been downloaded to your computer.
